Transfer FlexR app(data) to your new phone

If you buy a new phone, chances are that you want to keep using the FlexR app on your new phone as well.

Most important is, that you use the same google account (iPhone/iPad: Apple ID) on your new (i)phone as you used on your old (i)phone, this is to keep acces to FlexR updates in the future. If you change account, the app store will not see you as a registered app buyer, because this is is registered with your account.
If you have to change account for whatever reason, you have to repurchase FlexR again.

Sometimes specific transfer-tools are used to transfer all apps from your old phone to your new phone, this might work, or might not work, dependent on the configuration of the phones.

If it does not work and you do not see your FlexR app data in FlexR on your new phone, your have to manually install the FlexR app from the Play store or App store and transfer the FlexR data manually by means of a FlexR backup file.

Android only : FlexR has two versions of the app:
1. Free version, FlexR (contains in-app packs to upgrade to Pro functionality)
2. Paid version, FlexR Pro
Existing users can find the App in the Play store in the list of apps they ever installed with this account, and can re-install it when required:
===> Open Play Store app, click on your account in the upper right and select "Manage apps & device", then select "Manage" and scroll for the FlexR app.
