Shift sorting & hiding

On various places in FlexR you will be shown a list of available Shifts.
For some users the list with Shifts can become quite large after using the app for some time, dependant on their area of work (train/bus drivers?).
There are two ways of optimizing the list of Shifts.

There are a few options available to sort the list of shifts in FlexR , you select one in the General FlexR settings:

Shift Hiding

Another option to keep your Shifts organized is to hide the shifts your don't use anymore.
You can hide a shift from being part of Shift selection lists by checking the " Hide " checkbox in the Shift definition:
