Hourly pay rate

You can set the Base Hourly pay rate for a shift in the FlexR Settings.
A pay rate has a starting date from which date onwards it is valid.
You can have multiple hourly pay rates, each with its own starting date, in case your get a raise ;-)
The Base Hourly pay rate(s) can be set in the Salary & Work settings.

You can also set the Hourly pay rate in the shift itself, in which case it will overrule the one in the Work & Salary settings.

To make the shift use the Settings Hourly rate again, clear the Hourly rate field in the shift and ✔ save it.
